At New Look Dental, one of our top priorities is keeping on schedule so our clients never have to wait long periods of time. In order to be fair to our other clients, we have a “No Show Policy”. This policy asks that you please give our office at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If we are not given appropriate notice, we will be charging $100 for No Shows and last minute cancellations (within 30mins of your appointment). Our team will work closely with your schedule to ensure that these situations don’t arise!
